Program name and description
The Delta Auto Customer Care SMS Program provides service-related text messages from Delta Auto. After opting in, you may receive messages concerning an inquiry, appointment, estimate, repair status, rental vehicle or another service you requested. This program is not used for unsolicited promotional messaging.
How to opt in
You may opt in by entering your information on a public Delta Auto website contact form, actively selecting the optional SMS-consent checkbox and submitting the form. The checkbox is not preselected. Providing a phone number or submitting a contact form without selecting the checkbox does not provide SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
How to stop messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. Delta Auto may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through this program unless you opt in again.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent records are handled according to the Delta Auto Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers used solely to support customer care or message delivery.
Changes
Delta Auto may update these terms as the messaging program or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain publicly available on this page with its latest revision date.
